Returns

Returns are handled through your rep, so you always talk to a person who knows your account.

How to start a return

Contact your rep within 30 days of purchase with your order number and the items you want to return.
Your rep confirms the return and gives you return instructions.
Once the items are received and checked, your refund is issued less the restocking fee.

A standard 20% restocking fee applies to returns made within 30 days of purchase. Returns are not accepted after 30 days.

If anything arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact your rep as soon as possible so we can make it right.
